Based on what we know right now (pilots, not management) reserve will be over a year on the CRJ, but that could change at any time. For August, the most junior line holder in Atlanta (assuming no pre-assigned credit or vacation low) is probably a May 2008 hire, but it was probably an October 2010 hire in July since we didn't hire between June 2008 and September 2010. The most junior line holder in IAD and DTW (same assumptions) are probably April 2011 and March 2011 respectively. I looked at the seniority list and pilot assignment lists and very roughly figured about 18% reserves to come up with these numbers, except for Atlanta, which I approximated from my August bid.

Reserve is not bad if you live in base.
