Correct! You read right through all the BS!

As suspected, Heppner knew there was no chance for a release in an election year. He did a most despicable thing by spinning up the pilot group for political reasons. His supporters criticized the previous MEC Chair for not getting anything done. When he found himself in the same position he spun up the troops with requests for release that he knew wasn't happening. Shameful ... now what are you going to do Jay(s). Their lack of communications indicate no plan.
