Lets look at ExpressJet's "overrride" from the 135 to the 145.
EMB-145 = $68
EMB-135 = $62
9.5% difference
No overrride for FO
I think you are wrong about the override. Skywest is a good company. One of the best out there. Slaphappy is a moron. He is on my ignore list. I recommend you put him there too. Then stop bashing Skywest.
It is not an over ride pay at Express. It is a little more complicated than that. We pay all of our FO the 145 rate. The CA are the only ones that could potentially get paid a difference. It only applies to CA that can only hold the 135, so if you are a 145 CA than you always get 145 pay, no over ride. If you fly the 135 than you get paid the 145 rate when you fly the 145 other than that it is the 135 rate.
