Captains, while wearing long sleeves and their "pilot standards" lanyard start the brief by saying "I'm pretty laid back and do everything standard." Oh boy, gonna be one those trips...happy place happy place...
When I get those guys, I take my book out of my bag and give it a quick read, cause that's the last time I will see 'standard' for that trip.
When someone has to tell you they're laid back that's a big red flag.
