Crj200/700/900 are all the same airplane. They pay us the same rate to reduce costs and get more flying and i'm Aok with that. Why do you have such a problem with it? Worry about your own company and let me worry about mine.
CAL does not pay the same for all 737. They have different pay rates for the different series of 737.

UPS is the only one I can think of right now that pays the same for all aircraft. FedEx has wide and narrow body pay. The difference between those guys and Skywest is that their pay is high enough to allow for this. While Skywest is paying 70 and 90 seat less than others are making for 50 seat rates and less than most are for the 70 and 90 seat rates.
