The JV LOA did not pass the MEC on two seperate occasions. This is largely in part because of the poorly explained language, lack of definitions, triggers, and the fact that we would have forever given up the goose that lays our golden eggs.

The LOA was also missing a zero.

CAL wanted us to give up JV flying in exchange for a 2 percent pay raise. Crazy...........give up scope for a mere 2 percent pay raise......NUTS!!!!

The LOA was changed to the "Zullo side letter." Crazier still, management insisted that the pilots NOT vote on it, and the MEC approve it, ratify it, and make it law. How's that for nuts?

Zullo quit and then went to management in a hissy fit.

And good riddance to bad rubbish!
