Our Diversity Sales team (part of the Specialty Sales organization) recently collaborated with the Latin America Sales Team in Mexico City (the part you left out) to host a workshop on serving the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community. More than 50 business owners in the hospitality industry learned about United’s various travel programs and best practices for supporting the LGBT marketplace.
Glad to see we can host a workshop for LBBT issues. Boy, that's money well spent.

Organization of Black Airline Pilots. I mean really. Diversity...in the 21st century...at a US-based Fortune 500 company!? Really? Who would have thunk it? Just can't make this stuff up.
