Many of our employees were hired by Continental, many FA's actually flew for CAL and then were given financial incentive to transfer to the "division" then-known as Continental Express, and spun off into ExpressJet without the ability to come back. Nearly all of our pre-merger management came from Continental. A large portion of our pilot group started out with paychecks that said "Continental Airlines," and were somewhat close over a decade ago to being on ONE LIST with CAL.
