UPS is the only one I can think of right now that pays the same for all aircraft. FedEx has wide and narrow body pay. The difference between those guys and Skywest is that their pay is high enough to allow for this. While Skywest is paying 70 and 90 seat less than others are making for 50 seat rates and less than most are for the 70 and 90 seat rates.
CAL only has small narrowbody, large narrow body and widebody pay. The small narrow body pay includes all 737's except the -900 IIRC.
