Yep, the fine print is what brought the largest concerns for me during the TA process. Lots of good ideas and many I discussed a few years ago with my reps, but the fine print is what defines the strength of the language.
If the business plan is moderate or better the next three years will go very well for this group. If not, many will have buyers remorse.
