Believe it or not, no on at B6 wants to “Drag down the rest of the industry”. No one brags about how much they are not getting paid. Things will change, the pay will improve, or we will get a union. Nothing is going to change overnight however.
Things will change if you get a UNION, until then all you can do is plead.
