Say, let me know if you figure out the rhyme and reason of how airlines hire. I've been with Fedex for a while and watched great guys/pilots not get hired and flown with some guys wondering how they got hired Now Fedex has a shrink, ala Delta, in the hiring process so that will muddy the waters even more. I heard that if you have too much flight time that counts against you. So suffice it to say that nobody has any clue on what it takes to get hired here.
