It all depends on if you want to upgrade and make more $ or stay as an FE and get senority quickly. There are week on / week off schedules, and ones with DH's on both ends that go more senior. That's be about the only way to avoid a crash pad. Looking at the bid pack / awards (for FDX) there are some guys that are week long trips with some DH that have been on property a year & a couple months. Thats for the 72 FE. It goes to about 2+ years in the right seat 72 to get some week on flying with no DH's. Of course with the 72's going away & the bid back shrinking, this will change.
