Now Fedex has a shrink, ala Delta, in the hiring process so that will muddy the waters even more. I heard that if you have too much flight time that counts against you. So suffice it to say that nobody has any clue on what it takes to get hired here.
I guess the only thing you can do is apply, meet the mins, have a sponser and pray! Good luck to you!
Thanks for the insight and encouragement. I think I fall in the too much time category. We did have a fedex j/s one time who said he was hired with well over 10,000. In the meantime I can put a check mark next to everything in your last sentence. I'll continue enjoying my 6 leg days, earning less than 6 figures (okay whine done). We do have some pretty cool crews which is a definite plus.
