Stealing jobs? East Pilots are not wanting to come to stagnate PHX. What "Career Expectations" is there in PHX? What the Nicolau did was give a certain hire dates super seniority which you feel entitled to. Relax most of the east pilots will be aged out in five to seven years and you'll have it all.
Scope: One of the big factors in dumping ALPA is how the 190 pilots were treated. Many of the Regional Pilots are better paid than the rates ALPA agreed to for US Airways mainline. What scope does the West contract have if any?
