The same thing that happens anytime you have a beer on long call - you kill a few brain cells, feel good and enjoy the beer! Remember, unless you are on short call its a 12 hour call out.

If your rest was to end with a short call you obviously should not have a beer, long call - no worries.

If they try to assign you a callout with less than 12 hours you are obligated to let them know that you have recently consumed alcohol.
