I think what he means is what if you were never notified of the SC before going into 24hr rest, are assigned SC starting 5 hrs after your rest, but you had a beer in the last hour of your rest. From what UncleSam and Gloopy posted earlier it sounds like that should not happen because for you to get SC so soon after your rest you would have had to been notified of that SC prior to going into rest. Maybe I'm reading too much into the question.
