Correct, no new hiring is planned currently. In the last week or so the company sent out a message saying they currently have no plans to hire any new pilots for the remainder of this year or at any time next year, 2013. Now, to be fair, in typical SWA fashion, all of that could change at a moments notice.

Allegiant has tremendous internal, organic growth, buying new airplanes, relatively short, upgrades, making tons of money, etc. Depending upon a persons age, that might be the airline to go to in the next few years.
