I don't work for Air Choice One, but I've shared a crashpad with some of their pilots. They're a great pilot group overall from what I've seen and I've made some friends over there.
From what I saw, they mostly flew day trips with a mix of CDO's at the outstations mixed in. I heard the hotels weren't that great though.
I've heard that the schedule you bid will be changed throughout the month to meet the company's needs. However, you will fly a lot.
It seems like a pretty typical 135 operation, it's a time builder and that's what most pilots seem to use it for.
