I have not had to write anything down. Its not that hard. Pick the same 5 numbers. Something you know, perhaps your old password. Add to the front a 3 letter airport code. Each time it asks for a change use a different airport. Keep the numbers the same. All you have to do is remember which airport your using. You can reuse after 5 cycles. All you have to do is have 5 favorite airports.
I wasn't going to give up my technique, but how about a 7 digit number you're familiar with followed by the first letter of the alphabet? 90 days later, the next letter in the alphabet? Ain't too hard.
