Yep, the one trip I did with him, we had a Fed on the J/S the first leg and I had just transitioned to the airplane -- we both ended up with letters.

Reading B.3 and B.4 of the TPA, I think it depends on what form the flying takes (an extension of a current CPA or a new CPA) -- Could mgmt. agree to cancel their current CPA with United and sign a new one to fly 70s and place them wherever they wanted? (Not scaremongering, just trying to understand the contract language).
