Q2 2011 segment loss was $22.21M, whereas Q2 2012 segment loss was $2.15M. Still a loss for the ExpressJet business unit, although the numbers were no doubt "massaged" by St George. No profit sharing checks this quarter unfortunately for the ALPA-represented $SKYW pilots.
We can build interpretations on our own and I'm inclined to more or less agree with you. $2 million gap to go on 2Q profit for company still operating as 2 fleets with ongoing merger costs, and we can all guess as to what "expenses" are hidden in the balance sheet...doesn't line up with the SKYW jumpseaters who think we're going to burn the $610 Million in cash. They can ask their own management why they negotiated a cost neutral CPA for XJT before acquiring us.
Revenue is the problem, not the cost of the pilot group. This 10K proves that.
