Just to add on to this thought...
I think hiring on the CAL side will be more likely in November if the TA gets voted down. I think they will have to hire off the street to keep the flow of people thru training going. If the TA is sent back...the UAL furloughs that chose to wait it out for a contract will remain on the sidelines.
I would be shocked if they even have the road shows done by November. It will take another month or more for the TA language to be written. Two week review by the MECs. Thirty days of roadshows...that gets you to November at the earliest.
