Why do people feel the need to be so judgmental about this?
I don't know - I'm sort of amazed myself at all of the pseudo-experts who apparently don't even know what a TOLD card is, or that (I suppose depending on your POI) it's not a document that needs to be approved (I've never had an approved for for a TOLD card, 91, 135, or 121). My best guess is a lot of people with short d!@#$ aren't getting laid enough.

I used to have a good collection of them which I would gladly share - unfortunately they all got tossed a few years back in one of those "When am I ever going to need these" moments. Sorry I can't be of any actual help, but you have my sympathy - this thread seems to be doing an outstanding job of drawing out the tools.
