I think that 95% of the regional pilots should be looking to move on, but there is a lot more to life than money and flying a Boeing.

You sir, get it. At my point in life, there is a lot more important than money and flying a Boeing. As a fairly new guy at a regional and approaching my mid-fifties, I have had my last interview. I am tired of being on reserve. Thank God I do live in base. I am tired of 0400 wake up calls. I understand that is all a part of seniority. I get it. But why I am going to spend however much time on the bottom of the list here and jump ship to the bottom of another list when the majors start hiring? Hopefully there will be enough younger guys and gals that can benefit from being on the bottom starting over again.
