This PAC should be manned 24hrs since we are a global airline. Most of the times I've needed assistance are not during 7-5 Mempho time. At least put a skeleton crew in there overnight so the duty officer can concentrate on high priority operational issues.
I totally agree. Aren't we supposed to be sleeping during the day so we can be ready for our night hub turn and a possible 16 hour duty day?
