Funny the day that Known Crew Member opened in Detroit coinciding with Comair's shutdown they said it was an additional cost they wouldn't pay for.

My question is when did Known Crew Member emerge from the testing phase? Last I checked they were still "testing" the program. Now all of a sudden they are charging for it?

I don't get how it $40,000 a month just for one company? How many companies use this? Do the math!
