Correct. Those with kids, mortgages, and schools will not be burning it down. They need the paycheck to pay those mortgages and kid fees. Most of the burn it down mentality is among FOs, many of them either single or with no kids. Don't believe me, just hop over to airlinkpilots.
BS. Even Captains can make more doing other jobs than taking a massive paycut all because its cool to fly an airplane. There are plenty of places hiring, even in this economy.
