I'm at roughly 1100 TT, only 400 away from ATP mins. I guy in my class was hired with 1600 TT, and was offered the left seat on the first day of training. He's taking it.
What bases do you have for a direct hire captain on the Dash, do they take you with just an ATP and no extra flight time reqs.?
