Barely 6 months on the job, still on probation, and now he's one of the faces of recruiting? The guy seemed like a 'I made it here, now let me see if you're worthy" kinda thing. Sorry, but a 6 month FO shouldn't be representing the company, and certainly not vetting resumes.
