If other airlines start hiring there should be some movement. If AA is allowed to cancel their pilots contract, JetBlue may benefit from domestic codeshare at the cost of AA jobs.(That would suck!)

Other wise we are set to grow at 6-8% ASM. That is the big key. ASM. Remember we are taking larger A/C that increase ASM without increasing staffing at a proportional rate.

Even if it is 6-8% that is about 130-180 pilots which is line with what I have heard.
