I disagree on the "gummers" comment. I've learned a lot, flying and otherwise, from the pilots I've flown with at UAL. There's always the 3% crowd, be it junior or senior.
When you talk about scabs, that is a whole different mindset all together.
In terms of your career earnings and when you'll be able to retire, they sure aren't doing you any favors.
