They are fellow FDX pilots, and ALPA members. Why don't we just welcome them as that.
Should they decide poorly and become non-members, then you can call them what they are, non-members.
Well said! We probably ought to spend a little less time beating up our fellow pilots/ALPA members. I know that's a difficult concept to grasp.
