I can help you with your issues. Lost data is extremely rare and in most cases your data is stored within iTunes or possibly within the iCloud. It is also always recommended that you backup your data (I can give you details on how to do that). I do not see a support ticket in the system with your name or with any issue similar to what you are describing. Your message may have been lost or not made it to the support site. Questions in most cases are answered within 24 hours, sometimes on the weekends it may take longer but the average response time is about 12 hours. If you reopen a support ticket or give me your number someone will call you.
