The reason : no cba
Not even close. It will cost me over 700 more per month more then the current JetBlue plan I am on and it dosen't come out pre tax, and that is just for the equivilant care. The problem is health care is going through the roof every where not just JetBlue. Unless we get a CBA and can negotiate a better health care program we are stuck with the same low budget health care as our rampies/gate agents and flight attendants have. If you have a family it is not so good, if you are single and no dependants it isn't bad. It will be interesting to see what happens to our Health Care rates in October.
