Most on the forum are very pilot centric. If they opened their eyes a little, it is clear that no company providing valuable training could afford the lost in training costs if people were to take advantage of a type rating or even a minimum numbers of hours before bailing. At some level of airlines it would seem that traning contracts might bnot be as required as some other positions. Either they are career destinations OR they have a different approach from a training contract called requirement for PIC hours to advance to the next level.
