As far as whether or not you should take one of the 2 jobs, or try for one of 2 others in 33 hours really depends on which companies you would work for. If you take a job now, expect to keep it for at least a year. In my opinion, that would be the right thing to do. It took me a couple of years to build the first 100 hours of multi engine time, so taking one of the first two might be the best way to go in the long run, depending on who it is with. The hiring prospects will be very different in a year or two, and you will have many more options then as long as you choose wisely now.
