You can't "grow organically" by 6-8% and lose 8-10% at the same time. The school house does a good job, but they're not that good.

The demographic they are looking for is greatful to have a job and be flying... even if it's at a discount.

Most of us are greatful to have a good job, but are tired of being told we're the best only to work for pennies on the dollar.
