Default August 2012 Atlas Interview

744 Driver is right on. The biggest thing they are worried about is your ability to hack the long trips. 17-21 days. They focus on it again and again in the interview.

The interview is the same as listed before in this thread. Intro, PRIA/Background Paperwork, Essay, Tour, Resume Review, Technical Review, and Pannel Interview(HR/Pilot/Ops.) Take note that the Resume review is with "el Jefe," so treat it accordingly. Plan on the overall interview process taking all day 0700-1800. You might get out early, but it probably won't go past 1800.

It was a great experience. Be yourself. They are looking for variety. They want pilots from all backgrounds. Our interview group was evenly devided: Previous 747, current 747, milatary only, RJ, other ACMI, contract, and corporate pilots. All age groups, races, and genders, so if you think you want to do this, take a tough self-evaluation and if you think it matches your career/lifestyle ambitions, put in your PAQ.

Good luck.

PS: They are going to be doing alot of hiring over the next 18 months, primarily into the 744. Need 75 by end of year and 12-24/mo all of next year.
