Well...that's a problem, one man's Tool is another man's Ace of the Base.
In my mind, the biggest tools are the ones who take themselves too seriously, and make the job too hard, 'just because'.
It's supposed to be fun, right? Isn't that why we got into flying? To have FUN! If you're not having fun flying jets around and getting paid to do it, you're doing it wrong.
Some guys just insist on making work out of it.

-I have no time for your attitude or drama
-I don't care how awesome you are or how awesome you think you are
-Its OK to laugh and smile in the airplane
-Last, if you are awesome, you don't need to brag, I will naturally do that for you after the trip
