Put me down as someone who believes that if they used a reserve bucket of less than 80 Raw it might not be so bad. I feel like I've pretty much worked every day of call this summer which is understandable but I fear I'm going to see absolutely no fall slow down while I work to ensure more senior guys are on permanent vacation until Thanksgiving. It seems we went a little overboard with the new system. Yes I'm junior so yes I should work more but it seems to be feast or famine and my QOL has been shot since they flipped the switch back in Feb.
