I think the new reserve system is a vast improvement over the way things were being done before. I can't imagine thinking otherwise.

Yes, junior guys are going to work more than senior guys. But I think a lot of it is luck. Some days, no one gets used on short call. Other days, several short call assignments go out. Did you just happen to have a short call that day?

I think the buckets should be tweaked depending on the month. In the summer, 80 seemed to work OK. However in the fall or off-season months, it may take longer for guys to get to a raw of 80. In other words, bump it down to 60 in the off-months.
