I would not rely on perdiem that much since you will probably be on reserve your first year on the jet and your perdiem will vary. If you are coming from another 121 carrier then you probably already know this. Just some food for thought.
I would probably take the EMB-120 (if offered) since you will have a better chance of holding a line quicker and the pay is the same on both airplanes the first year and then your perdiem has more solidity.
