There's some historical truth to his translation table (besides it being really funny)... DL has long had a reputation for complaining about rides before everyone else. Before I got hired there I actually heard "well, only the Deltas are complaining, so it's not too bad." Couldn't help but notice that there really were more queries and complaints from our compatriots after that.

It's definitely toned down, but you still see it here and there with some of the CA's... one bump and they immediately turn the sign on and "ask for ride reports!" Then they make the PA and so on... that's when you know it's going to be a long red eye!
