To all the pilot poolies getting calls, congratulations! Glad to have you hear. While you maybe feeling apprehensive by listening to the negative talk of certain people on this forum, I am sure you will enjoy it here.

The vast majority of people at jetBlue want the best for the company and understand that we can't have everything we want right away. It we did then the company would end up, well, look at Detroit and you get the picture.

Certain people on this forum will have you believe that this place is akin to a Russian gulag. It's not. Not even close. Does jetBlue need improvement? Yes, we could say that about 99% of companies in this country. Do management pull BS smoke and mirrors now and again? Yes, like 99% of management in this country.

The fact is, I am sure you will enjoy it here because you have done due diligence and you know what this company is about.

And I am sure you will all be moving up in seniority soon because people like Benz and Herk will be leaving to go to 'better' majors LLCs and legacies like US Air, American, Spirit, Virgin America, Allegiant and Frontier.
