FWIW, the CP's in NYC are saying there is announcement the 5th. These things come and go though.
Last time there was good chatter about a NYC announcement out of the NYC CPO it was for the slot swap.
So, if the APA contract is thrown out on the 4th, what is their fragmentation protection on the 5th?
