The most senior pilot had a raw of 150.
To all those who predicted junior guys flying their A$$ of and senior guys sitting at home - I still have not seen it.
Scoop
Scoop, the thing is one day doesn't give a good indication especially since RAW scores count sick calls, MLOA, training (but not both days), etc.
I broke it out by where these pilots are in the reserve seniority list (top 25%, 2nd 25%, etc) and how many flight hours they have, which btw is still not a great indication of work load. For instance, I did a 4 day this month worth 15 block hours and it's nothing to have 2/3rds of your trip being deadheads.

185-2nd 25% 73 hours
