Thank you 744driver, you are spot on and I agree that basing a career decision off of nonrev benefits is not a good idea. I don't plan on putting much, if any, weight on the subject in regards to the big picture. The information is relative though and could be useful, for which I'm thankful. Much rather use FF miles and/or purchase tickets anyday! I've been in both positions, nonrev benefits and none, as well as home base (Atlas being waaaay better!) and commuting by JS.

Atlas is a very good career choice and with 25+ years ahead I would be honored to be part of the team for the long term over the majors (for reals).
