Dumb post. I work at Expressjet and you couldn't be any more wrong. I've personally met numerous people from all three groups and after getting to know them I can tell you we're all pretty similar. Looks like you've gotten wrapped up in the vocal minorities on web forums.
If you take every post seriously then yes, you may start to believe things like my post which are hyperbolic generalizations meant to entertain, not give any profound insight into the employees of INC :-)
