I'll let a newbie comment on how the rig is affecting first year pay. I'm 3-4 years and based on the Aug 31 paystub it looks like I'll finish the year with 135-140 hours over guarantee. Some months have been 25 hours over, I've had three so far that have just been guarantee. YMMV
